Le Kumara plicatilis \u00e9tait autrefois appel\u00e9 Aloe plicatilis et est connu sous d'autres noms tels que Fan Aloe, Book Leaf Aloe et French Hoek Aloe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La caract\u00e9ristique pr\u00e9dominante de l'alo\u00e8s \u00e9ventail est la disposition extraordinaire de ses t\u00eates de feuilles qui ressemblent \u00e0 des paires d'\u00e9ventails soigneusement dispos\u00e9s. Les t\u00eates de feuilles se trouvent sur des branches fourchues qui sont port\u00e9es par un tronc gris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les feuilles oblongues du Kumara plicatilis mesurent de 20 \u00e0 30 cm de long et 4 cm de large, sont de couleur vert d'eau, souvent parsem\u00e9es de points blancs, et poussent vers le haut.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vues de loin, les t\u00eates des feuilles ressemblent \u00e0 des mains massives qui implorent les cieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Kumara plicatilis est souvent d\u00e9crit comme un bonsa\u00ef et peut atteindre une hauteur de 2,4 m\u00e8tres et une largeur de 1,8 m\u00e8tre. L'alo\u00e8s \u00e9ventail est tr\u00e8s tol\u00e9rant \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse mais pas \u00e0 la saison froide.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'alo\u00e8s \u00e9ventail pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les temp\u00e9ratures plus chaudes de 21\u00b0C \u00e0 27\u00b0C (68\u00b0F \u00e0 81\u00b0F) mais il peut survivre \u00e0 une baisse jusqu'\u00e0 4,5\u00b0C (40\u00b0F). Il faut la cultiver dans un r\u00e9cipient que l'on peut rentrer \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur pendant les mois froids de l'hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sunlight\">Lumi\u00e8re du soleil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Kumara plicatilis pousse mieux sous la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil. L'alo\u00e8s en \u00e9ventail doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 dans une zone du jardin qui re\u00e7oit 6 heures de soleil par jour.  Si la succulente est introduite \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, il est recommand\u00e9 de la placer sous une lampe de culture.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'alo\u00e8s en \u00e9ventail peut \u00e9galement tol\u00e9rer un temps sous une ombre l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Si la succulente re\u00e7oit trop d'eau, surtout en hiver, les racines vont pourrir et infecter le reste de la plante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pot-and-soil\">Pot et terreau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de placer le Kumara plicatilis dans un r\u00e9cipient qui a un bon drainage. Rempotez l'alo\u00e8s en \u00e9ventail si la succulente a grandi au point de faire basculer le pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remplissez le pot avec un terreau bien drainant tel que du cactus ou un m\u00e9lange de terreau compos\u00e9 de 2 parts de mousse de tourbe, 1 part de sable propre et 1 part de perlite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces ingr\u00e9dients am\u00e9lioreront le drainage du sol et le niveau de circulation de l'air entre les racines.
